Subject:LM2679-5.0 no-load voltage 8V
Message:
I have an LM2679-5.0 that has a no load voltage of 8-9V. When I put about a 0.5A load on it the voltage goes down to 5V. Is this normal or has anyone seen this before? The design was straight out of the data sheet. 22uH Toroid Inductor, 2x 180uF output caps, 5.36K current adjust.
