Subject:LM3478 versus LM3481
Message:
Please provide clarification of the pro/cons of these two devices. Web page notes LM3481 as requiring smaller inductor, not clear why.

Application is wireless link, Vin 3 to 14 V, Vout 5V 1A. Any guidance or reference design for this application would be appreciated. We are currently working through the component specs based on datasheet "Typical Sepic Converter".
Thanks
