Message: (Notified via email on every direct response)
Hello all,
I make a booster power with LM3478 typical circuit, the input is 18-26V, the output is 35V, the output current is 2.8A, the power can work, but when the output load reach 1.5A the transistor and the inductor and the diode are very hot, after some seconds, the transistor is burn out. the components list as follow:
L 15uH, transistor STP60NF06L, Diode MSRD620CTG,
the switch frequency set 500k,
now the big problem is the key components is very very hot! can you give me some suggestion? thanks very much!
Best regards!
