Subject:LM2642 circuitry doesn't work
Message:
I use FDS6690 (SO8 with dual MOSFET, Pin1278 as High-side, Pin3456 as Low-side) to take the place of the FDS6690A. When power-on, both square wave at two Gates are correrect, however, only 1s later, it automatically turns off, even no load at all. I monitor the he voltage at ON/SSx, is about 1.2v to 0.
Generally speaking, LM2642 works fine. Anyway, At the previous PCB layout, I use two FDS6690A, it works fine.
