We have a board to make 12V ~100W in a 24V vehicle. When the vehicle is started the battery voltage drops to ~15V, the regulator goes to high duty cyle on the high side driver and no activity on the low side. This causes the boost cap to discharge so we cannot drive the high side beyond 3-4V. The board must be powered down and the output caps discharged to under 2 volts before it will restart.

Almost exactly 3 years ago there was a post with the what sounds like the same issue but I did not see the resolution.

Thanks
Kirk
