Proposed Date of Change: December 1998 (Datecode 9849 onward)
Description of Change: National Semiconductor has defined and invoked package family groupings for Group D QCI testing (MIL-STD-883 Method 5005) for all military packaged products.
Under the guidelines of MIL-PRF-38535 QML process reduction procedures, National Semiconductor's Technology Review Board has reviewed and approved this process modification.
Effect of Change: There will be no effect on product form, fit, function, or quality. Device attributes summaries will reflect this change as it is implemented.
