Job Description:
Job Overview:
The ESD Device Engineer will support the group with product line requests for new ESD solutions based on devices and clamps. The function will also be assisting the group in ESD design for new processes and new production ESD library release as well perform R&D functions in all ESD related aspects.

Job Description:
Expertise and knowledge in device design, circuit design, and strong background in physics of semiconductors, compact model simulation, and product engineering and pulsed measurements is required.

Other responsibilities will include:
- Develops solution to highly complex problems that require extensive investigation.
- Often modifies existing processes, procedures or methods to develop solutions. .
- Plans and monitors effective development and implementation of highly complex projects.
- Learn and evolve in any other skills and tools required to achieve challenging ESD development goals including automation, new test methods, new research areas.
- Ensures availability of resources required to complete projects.
- Helps train other engineers.

Requirements:
5 to 8 years with MS or equivalent; 3 to 5 years with Ph.D. or equivalent. Candidate is required to have exceptional technical skills combined with personal highly motivated interests in the field of ESD and emerging research areas. The incumbent will be tested on the technical knowledge and abilities to solve ESD problems.

Continuously identifying ways to improve work, products, functions, and processes through on-going analysis are a plus.
