Job Description:
In this role you will you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting components, systems, and equipment, in compliance with National Semiconductor's data sheet and/or customer specifications.
Specific tasks will include -
* Designing hardware and software to be used for production test of advanced power management integrated circuits.
* Working with the development team to derive test plan and procedures for test and characterization of new leading edge power management products.
* Debug test hardware, analyze test data, and assist with device analysis.
* Develop test systems for both wafer level and packaged devices.
* Other responsibilities as required.
Requirements-
* BSEE, MSEE or equivalent with 7+ years of analog and digital test experience in an ATE environment. You must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with development team members.
* Experience in testing analog or mixed-signal integrated circuits is required.
* Experience in testing power management devices such as linear and switching regulators is highly desireable.
* Experience on Eagle testers with C++ programming is also a plus.
