Job Description:
1. Support Reliabilty qualification functions by defining rel qualification requirement for new product, package and process changed.
2. Support packaging development & product engineering on new technology or product development by participating in the development process and ensure the rel qualification meeting the project timeline.
3. Manage & maintain manufacturing long term reliability monitoring program from operation, test sampling, rel testing and final test result.
4. Support reliability equipment operation and maintenance.
5. Able to prepare ahead of the new reliability capability align with the new technology development. |
