Job Description:
National Semiconductor is looking for an experienced Cost/FP&A Analyst for an immediate opening in the South Portland, Maine facility. Reporting to the site Financial Controller, responsibilities will include:
* Standards Revision preparation and proof
* Factory SAG Support & Weekly Reporting
* Cost System Maintenance & Variance Analysis
* Business Case Modeling & Product Line Support
* Month End Close & Reporting
* G/L Account Reconciliation
* ST & LT Plan Support
* Business Partnering
* Other Ad Hoc Projects and responsibilities as needed
Qualified candidates will have a bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance related field with at least 6-9 years of related working experience preferably in the Semiconductor Industry (4-7 years with a Master’s degree or equivalent.). Systems knowledge in SAP and Excel are highly desired, as well as experience in a manufacturing accounting environment. CPA/public accounting experience also a strong plus. Must be an organized team player with good communications skills.
