As our Integration Engineer…
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for yield improvement actions in HV MOS and BCDMOS technology
• Work closely with other integrators to coordinate the implementation of yield improvement elements within the overall yield step up plan, design yield experiments and execute on silicon fabrication.
• Owner of process flow interacting with process and equipment engineering for continuous process improvement.
• Improve process capabilities and eliminate defects for select processes.
• Process improvement through the implementation of process control and monitoring techniques (SPC, CPK).
• The engineer is expected to use statistical methods in the analysis of their data and should have experience with Mbayse (or similar analysis tool such as JUMP)
• Drive sort survival, ET yield and Fab yield in conjunction with product engineering, quality engineering and process engineering groups.
• Thorough characterization of new devices and technologies via bench curves and experimental silicon learning around all key process and layout variables
Requirements:
• Masters’ / Bachelor’s in Science / Electronics or Electrical Engineering / Material Science with preferably 5 to 10 years’ industry experience.
• Experience in developing and writing Design of Experiments.
• Thorough, hand’s on working knowledge of HV devices including bench testing, design rules, performance vs. device layout/size/manufacturability
• Direct knowledge of HV device architecture and device physics including RDson, BVdss, SOA (thermal and electrical), Resurf effect, lateral vs. vertical DMOS
• Hand’s on working knowledge of semiconductor processing and BCDMOS process integration.
• Familiarity with analog device physics – CMOS, BJT, passive components
• Familiarity with device and process modeling
• Good communication skills and must be a team player.
