Job Description:
Work closely with production to monitor inline lot movement to resolve line issues or to ensure that there is no process issues with lot.
Resolve all process integration issues by ensuring all window checks are done on critical process steps.
Maintain good Cpk for ET and monitor inline SPC parameters for assigned process.
Identify and correct all ET related problems that may affect seamless production.
Perform ET and Yield analysis for respective product.
Correlate ET to sort yield and identify parameters that are sensitive to yield.
Run DOE to optimize process integration and to determine the process spec.
To inspect wafers, reduce defects, and solve any in-line issues, and set up process control.
To plan, coordinate & execute process/process integration improvement experiments.
Perform device characterization.
Understand process qualification reliability criteria. |
