Job Description:

This advanced technology monitors and maximizes the energy harvest of each individual solar panel and reclaims up to 57% of energy lost to real world mismatch conditions.

In the Business Development Specialist role you will help strengthen our market position in the inverter/PV array ecosystem by tracking and executing multiple relationships with inverter partners and collaborators. Your specific responsibilities will include:

1. Use disciplined organizational skills to track numerous projects at many levels of technical and business detail.

2. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

3. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal and external priorities.

4. Develop negotiation strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

5. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

6. Motivate partners to pursue mutual strategies of collaboration and co-development.

Required skills and qualitications: BS or equivalent, detail oriented, proficient project management skills, closing skills, power inverter market knowledge, sound presentation Skills, a high energy Level, and demonstrated professionalism.
