Job Description:
The Distribution Controlling group is looking for WW Distribution Finance analyst, based in Santa Clara California.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Scoring distribution bonus programs
- Management reporting and evaluation of the effectiveness of these programs
- WW business partner support for our distribution channel and account managers
- Development of a WW reporting portal for distribution success metrics
- Managing the periodic/ quarterly and annual forecast process for all distribution metrics on a WW basis
- Collaborate with IS to drive system implementation (BPC) in support of these processes
- Frequent interaction with our regional sales and finance teams
- Manage the WW Scrap allowance process for all franchised distributors
Besides a solid background in finance and accounting the ideal candidate should have strong systems skills and a high interest in developing an in-depth understanding of all distribution related business processes.
