Job Description:
Trainees will be hired on a 1 year contract. (Exposure in various operations engineering)
Same pay as current fresh Engineers and will enjoy similar Variable Program.
Upon 1 yr completion, HR, operation DH & MD will determined the best fit in the organization for career growth.
Trainees will be rotated twice in Operations & report directly to the Operations DHs.
6 months in FOL and 6 months in EOL.
Trainee will undergo a preplanned training curriculum to ensure they have a thorough grounding and good appreciation of the manufacturing discipline and National systems. Periodically progress review will be done with DH, HR and MD level. |
